Next weekend, Nov 22–24, I will be attending (for the first time) The Craft + Design Show in Richmond, Va; it is sponsored by the Visual Arts Center and held at the Science Museum on Broad Street. While it is a small show (only about 60 exhibitors), it has come highly recommended to me, and this year they are showcasing some of Virginia’s craft breweries to complement the fine craft for sale by us. I recognize some of the exhibitors from past shows and it looks like good company to keep. If you’re in the Richmond area come see the show.
The following weekend, Thanksgiving, I will be at the Carolina Designer Craftsmen show in Raleigh, NC. This show is held at the State Fairgrounds and is always well attended and professionally presented.
